WHITE SOURDOUGH. pure and simple. Organic flour, water and salt with a nice open texture and a tasty crust.

100% RYE SOURDOUGH. Organic dark rye flour with either caraway and fennel seeds or cranberry and pink peppercorns. Slice thinly, great with cheese, very full of flavour and keeps well.
